  • Pre-workout for energy - evening workout?

    I have to get up for work at 6am and don't get chance to workout til after work in the evening.

    I try to space out all my meals throughout the day and to have a decent pre-workout meal an hour or so before. Unfortunately my energy levels still seem to lack when it comes to having to lift heavy and be explosive on the Fierce 5 routine despite all of this. I make sure I get 7 hours sleep every night aswell.

    I've noticed the difference because I do 3 full body workouts a week Tues/Thurs/Sat. On a Saturday when I'm off work and go in the afternoon I always feel like I've had a good workout whereas on the other days after work I'm always left disappointed.

    Is there anything worth taking pre-workout to boost my energy levels so I can give it all I can and that won't keep me up half the night lol
